Diving the Glenart Castle wreck is not at all easy. The ship lies in 72m and in a hostile place for weather and tide run. It’s a long ride from Ilfracombe or Padstow, and conditions have to be just right. There have been quite a few very short dives on her once the divers meet the conditions on the sea bed. Successful dives have been carried out by several groups and at least one determined individual.
